Buying and selling real estate is often the most significant financial transaction of a person’s life and it is often an emotionally-charged journey as well. I have experienced first-hand the importance of having a trusted and knowledgeable person to guide the process and I promise to provide my clients with an exceptional experience from beginning to end!

 

The biggest surprise I had when selling my own home 20 years ago is the emotional journey. I do not remember the dollar amount of the check, but I do remember the difficulty of the transaction and the lack of attention from the agent. When my mother needed to sell her home, I took care of everything and shielded her from dealing with even more emotional stress. I realized at that point the great value of not only securing top dollar for my client’s properties, but I truly saw the value of providing kind, professional service to my clients as they navigated life.

 

My Real Estate Training, my Bachelors Degree in Finance, my experience in pricing analysis, my Masters Degree in Project management and my Business experience working with many different personalities from entry level personal to executives provides me with the tools to ensure that every facet of the real estate process is of the highest quality. I love the finish line, when people sign and are truly transitioning from old life to new.

 

When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy helping friends with their small businesses (budgeting, cash flow, business plans, project plans), being a soccer mom, bowling, camping, woodworking, energy healing and chakras. And I would love to make stained glass art... one day
